We installed an Axiom Ceiling in Main Corridor, was tricky with various 85, 90, 95 Angles. Its the New Recreation Center for La Feria. We are in week 3, working on exterior and interior framing. Drywall should go up shortly. Either way, we are very excited to see the outcome on New Center for kids and family.

New Playground and Jungle Gym for Edinburg HCA – Today is Day 2 of New Playground or Jungle Gym Project for the Harvest Christain Academy. The school staff wanted to expand the playground for kids. Sunday met with School Staff, discussed ideas and a paper sketch they had in mind. Monday material was ordered. Tuesday and Wednesday work in progress….
Category – Edinburg Kitchen Design / McAllen Kitchen Design A remodeling job which toke place in Edinburg Texas. By opening a dividing kitchen wall to a Living Room, it opened up more living area. One simple wall opening can bring out a living space in any Home. There is way more space to walk around now with the new kitchen renovation finished to the House. The Kitchen entrance was a 3 x 7 opening which is now roughly a 8 x 14 entrance opening, which also required a beam for structure support. We added new vinyl flooring, new trimming, room painting, popcorn removal and extra finish details. Very pleased on the outcome of this House.
Weslaco Wall Repair / Repairing Water Damage – drywall repair, drywall replace, exterior sheathing repair, siding repair, trim repair, tape/float, texture and painting. Over years to water exposure caused the wood to deteriorate leaving chance for bugs and termites to cause more damage to wall. We removed damaged wood and replaced with new materials (bottom plate/studs/insulation/sheathing). Drywall and trim was damaged as well from excessive water. By adding a flashing and a sealant called NP1, it helped seal the wall to prevent future damage.
Floor Installers – This was a fast flooring job in Edinburg Texas. Owner requested for a certain unique pattern so we suggested a 4×4 pattern which I then drew a small simple sketch. All spaces are even out according to the room measurements. So if you had a 10″ piece on one side it would match 10″ on the other. The wood floor needed adjustments, nails had to be set, filled and prepped. After floor prep we started laying the floor pattern and owners were happy. We are very pleased on making our customer happy.
